Aquaculture paint is a water-based coating with aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion as the main film-forming substance. It is produced by mixing it with additives, pigments, and fillers in a dispersion tank. This unique combination of components endows it with a variety of excellent properties. It combines the environmentally friendly characteristics of waterborne waterproof coatings with the mechanical advantages of oil-based polyurethane waterproof coatings, making it highly competitive in the market.
The typical technical specifications of aquaculture paint are diverse. It is a single-component liquid with a density of 1.4 kg/L and a solid content >65%. Surface drying time is 2 hours, complete drying time is 3 hours, tensile strength reaches 4.5 MPa, elongation at break is 660%, low-temperature bending can reach -40℃, and adhesive strength is 1.5 MPa. These specifications were all obtained under standard test conditions (temperature 23℃±2℃, relative humidity 50%±10%), ensuring the reliability of the data.
Aquaculture paint is suitable for waterproofing and repairing various roofs, exterior walls, pools, aquaculture ponds, kitchens, and bathrooms. In these scenarios, it fully demonstrates its waterproofing and protective functions, providing reliable protection for different building structures. It can be used in both civil buildings and industrial facilities.
Aquaculture paint boasts numerous distinctive features. It is water-based, environmentally friendly, odorless, and contains no organic solvents, allowing for continuous application. It exhibits high strength, long elongation, excellent weather resistance, superior resilience, and strong resistance to substrate deformation. Its single-component design allows for immediate use, producing a dense film free of pinholes and bubbles. Furthermore, it is water-resistant, chemically resistant, and mildew-resistant, offering high application efficiency and allowing for various application methods such as brushing, scraping, and spraying.
Animal husbandry paint should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area between 5℃ and 40℃, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept away from fire and heat sources. The storage temperature for the paint is generally within the range of 5℃ to 35℃, with particular attention to winter frost protection to ensure product quality is not affected.
Stir thoroughly before use to ensure no sediment remains before application. The application temperature must be controlled between 5 and 35℃; application is prohibited in rainy or snowy conditions. If rain occurs within 4 hours after application, cover the area. Stop application when the ambient temperature is below 5℃ and humidity is above 80%. Do not add any organic solvents, such as xylene or gasoline, to ensure safety and effectiveness.
