Q1: Are you a manufacturer?

Q2 : What are your payment terms?
New customers: 30% deposit (T/T), 70% balance (paid before shipment), and provide real-time production photos/videos.
Returning customers: Flexible options, including L/C at sight, 50% deposit or escrow service. 100% payment protection.
Q3 : An you produce according to samples?
Yes! We provide 3-stage customization:
Sample matching: Submit your sample → We analyze composition (FTIR/GC-MS) → 3-day feedback
Pilot batch: Produce 50kg test batch for your approval
Mass production: Minimum 500kg with ±2% quality tolerance control
Q4 : What is your sample policy?
Free samples for serious inquiries:
Standard products: 200g free sample, you pay freight (DHL/UPS accounts accepted)
Custom formulations: Sample fee 50% refundable upon bulk order
All samples come with batch-specific COA and MSDS."
Q5 : How do you ensure quality consistency?
We implement 5-step quality control:
① Raw material ICP-OES testing → ② In-process pH/viscosity monitoring → ③ Batch sampling (3 samples per ton) → ④ Third-party SGS verification → ⑤ GPS-tracked delivery with humidity/temperature logs."
Q6 : What if the goods do not meet the specifications?
"Answer: Zero Risk Guarantee: If the deviation exceeds the contract limit (verified by SGS/BV), we will replace or refund in full including return shipping costs.”
